New health features

Samsung has released new health features to help encourage people to build healthier habits for the One UI 8 that will be available in the beta program, with the new features being:

What is the Bedtime Guidance feature?

Bedtime guidance is a new sleep feature set to help you maximise your chances of getting the best possible sleep by recommending the best optimal time to go to sleep based on your lifestyle, and to keep you consistent, it will send reminders. Thus allowing you to know when it's time to wind down for the evening. It does this by analysing your past three days' sleep while also checking your sleep pressure and circadian rhythm to suggest the best time, while also maximising attention for your next day.

The Vascular Load feature allows you to see the amount of stress on your vascular system while you sleep and allows you to receive insight into your vascular system. The Vascular Load also helps to provide insight into the lifestyle components, such as sleep.

What is the Running Coach feature?

The Running Coach is to help you reduce your chance of getting injuries from over-pacing or undertraining by providing you with real-time suggestions and creating a personalised exercise program based on your fitness. It accomplishes this by giving you a running level score from 1 to 10 from a 12-minute run, then it takes this data and creates a detailed training plan.
